  • Accountabilities The Senior Customer Solution Engineer will own the technical strategy behind complex enterprise opportunities, helping customers solve monetization challenges through innovative quote-to-cash architectures. This role requires a hands-on approach, combining technical depth with strong customer partnership and commercial understanding. Partner with Account Executives throughout complex enterprise sales cycles, owning discovery, technical strategy, solution positioning, and technical validation. Design and architect quote-to-cash solutions that address customer needs across CPQ, billing, revenue operations, and consumption-based monetization models. Build, manage, and deliver proofs of concept as a key mechanism for demonstrating technical value and business impact. Create customized end-to-end demonstrations using APIs, integrations, data models, and modern application architectures. Design solutions for AI-native and usage-based products, including event capture, metering, rating, mediation, billing workflows, and revenue implications. Lead technical presentations and architecture discussions with senior stakeholders, including executive audiences. Build trusted relationships with customers and prospects by understanding their business objectives, systems, constraints, and operating models. Support post-sale technical success by monitoring customer adoption, protecting technical health, and identifying expansion opportunities. Provide structured customer feedback and market insights to product and solutions teams to influence roadmap development. Coordinate technical resources across internal teams and partners while supporting RFPs, RFIs, field events, and customer references. Travel within assigned territories as required to support customer engagements. Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced solutions professional with a strong background in enterprise software, presales, and complex technical sales environments. They should be comfortable translating advanced technical concepts into clear business value and designing solutions for modern monetization models. 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Presales, Solution Architecture, or a related technical customer-facing role. Proven experience owning technical wins in complex enterprise software opportunities. Hands-on experience designing, selling, or implementing quote-to-cash, billing, CPQ, or revenue management solutions. Strong understanding of consumption and usage-based billing models, including metering, rating, mediation, and revenue implications. Experience working with AI-driven products, AI-native environments, or modern usage-based business models. Strong technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, reconciliation processes, and application architecture. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide customers through solution challenges. Experience delivering executive-level presentations and communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Strong understanding of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Value Selling, or similar frameworks. Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in enterprise software, fintech, technology, or related fields. Experience in telecommunications, particularly high-volume mediation, rating, and complex usage models, is highly preferred.
