Senior Data Consultant

• Identify business opportunities and use cases that create value through data and analytics.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with clients to understand business challenges and objectives.
• Design scalable data solutions that drive innovation, operational efficiency, and business growth.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Define and maintain clear, realistic project roadmaps aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and deliver data analysis solutions, from ad hoc studies to end-to-end data pipelines, leveraging tools such as SQL, Python, and ETL platforms.
• Promote a data-driven culture by supporting stakeholders in adopting analytical and data-centric decision-making practices.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance, analytics, and reporting frameworks. 

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in data analysis, business consulting, or data-driven transformation projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration concepts.
• Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
