You will define and drive the technical vision for onboarding, registration, authentication, and eligibility systems that directly influence access to care and conversion outcomes. Leading multiple engineering teams, you will operate across architecture, execution, and strategy while partnering closely with product, data science, analytics, and business stakeholders. The role blends deep technical leadership with organizational influence, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. You will be accountable for both long-term platform evolution and day-to-day delivery excellence. This is a highly visible position where engineering decisions directly shape user experience, growth, and trust at scale.
  • Accountabilities: Lead and scale multiple engineering teams focused on registration, onboarding, authentication, and eligibility systems, ensuring delivery of secure and scalable member access experiences Define and own the long-term technical vision and architecture for onboarding and access platforms, supporting 5–10 year scalability and innovation goals Drive engineering excellence across performance, reliability, compliance, and user experience within high-traffic, mission-critical systems Partner with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and business teams to optimize acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and end-to-end member journeys Oversee delivery execution across distributed teams, ensuring alignment, risk management, and timely execution of complex initiatives Mentor and develop senior engineering leaders while establishing strong engineering practices, operational discipline, and a culture of accountability Foster innovation and continuous improvement across platforms, encouraging adoption of modern technologies and scalable system design Requirements This role requires a seasoned engineering leader with deep technical expertise and a proven track record of scaling complex, high-performing engineering organizations. The ideal candidate combines strong architectural thinking with hands-on leadership experience in building identity, onboarding, or eligibility systems at scale. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders are essential, along with experience leading distributed teams in fast-paced, product-driven environments. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing large engineering organizations (30+ engineers) Proven experience leading complex systems such as identity, registration, authentication, or eligibility platforms Strong architectural expertise with ability to translate product and business needs into scalable technical solutions Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments (healthcare, banking, or similar) preferred Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with product, data, analytics, and business teams Strong project management discipline, including risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery oversight Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to simplify complex technical concepts Experience mentoring senior leaders and building high-performance engineering cultures Benefits Base salary range: $200,000 – $220,000 annually Performance-based bonus eligibility Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) as part of total compensation Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and more) Flexible vacation policy to support rest and personal time Paid sick, safe, and caregiver leave (80 hours annually for full-time employees) Remote and flexible work arrangements depending on role requirements Career growth opportunities in a fast-scaling, innovation-driven environment Inclusive workplace culture focused on collaboration, diversity, and impact.
