• Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems supporting digital product experiences. Contribute to system architecture decisions and engineering patterns to improve scalability, performance, and reliability. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency and operational stability. Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Own and deliver medium to large-scale initiatives from design through production with minimal oversight. Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and collaborative problem-solving. Identify opportunities to improve engineering practices, code quality, and system design standards. Partner across teams to resolve dependencies and ensure seamless system integration. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles. Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages with deep expertise in at least one. Solid understanding of software architecture principles and distributed system design. Experience building APIs, cloud-based services, and scalable backend systems. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and system reliability concepts. Ability to independently deliver end-to-end solutions from design to production deployment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance trade-offs across scalability, cost, and performance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
