Key job responsibilities - Partner closely with the Global Promotions team to develop ROI models, evaluate offers, and craft compelling financial analyses that inform promotional campaigns. - Proactively dive deep to ensure reporting accuracy, audit financial data, identify root causes of discrepancies, and implement solutions to resolve finance issues - Enhance financial controllership through sophisticated reporting and process improvements, leading projects to execute on improvement opportunities with measurable results - Leverage data-driven insights to identify and implement strategic opportunities for optimization, sharing findings and recommendations with leaders to influence decision-making A day in the life Your day will be a blend of strategic analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Basic Qualifications

• - 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience - 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
