This role is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional to shape and scale a modern cloud ecosystem supporting fast-growing AI and SaaS products. You will take ownership of designing and evolving resilient, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments. Acting as a technical leader and hands-on engineer, you will influence architectural direction, operational standards, and engineering practices across the organization. The role combines deep technical execution with strategic thinking, ensuring infrastructure scales in line with product and business growth. You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to improve reliability, automation, and delivery speed. This is a highly autonomous position where curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement directly drive engineering excellence.
• Accountabilities: Design, implement, and evolve scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments supporting AI and SaaS platforms Define and drive infrastructure architecture strategy aligned with long-term product and business objectives Own Infrastructure as Code practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment frameworks to improve delivery efficiency Optimize SDLC workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation and tooling improvements across engineering pipelines Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems with a focus on systemic improvements and long-term reliability Establish and enforce best practices for cloud architecture, observability, containerization, and infrastructure governance Proactively identify risks, infrastructure gaps, and scaling challenges before they impact production systems Requirements: 5–7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering roles Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.) Experience working with Azure in multi-cloud or hybrid environments Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform), Kubernetes, and Docker Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and distributed systems architecture Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows using tools like GitLab CI or AWS CodePipeline Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Ansible) Strong observability experience using tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor Experience with high availability, scaling strategies, and production-grade system reliability Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams in a remote environment Preferred: experience in fintech or regulated environments, AWS certifications, cost optimization, compliance frameworks, and event-driven architectures Benefits: Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market benchmarks Equity participation as part of the overall offer Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage Fully remote work flexibility across the United States Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact infrastructure supporting AI-driven products Strong engineering culture focused on ownership, autonomy, and continuous improvement Professional growth opportunities in a high-growth, well-funded environment
