Job Description

The Senior Integration Developer designs, develops, and maintains enterprise integration solutions that connect CRM platforms, cloud data warehouses, lakehouses, databases, and downstream systems across Klick's client engagements. As part of Klick's Technology Craft and evolving CRM Center of Excellence, the role focuses on Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI), Workato, API integrations, and modern data platforms. Working with Solution Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams, this individual delivers secure, scalable, and reliable data flows that support omnichannel customer engagement and enterprise data operations.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise integration mappings, taskflows, and automation workflows using Informatica IDMC (CDI and CAI), Workato, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and Python or shell scripting to connect CRM platforms, databases, and downstream systems.
  • Build and optimize secure data pipelines and integrations across Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, file systems, and cloud data warehouse or lakehouse environments such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift, and Azure Synapse.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and Business Analysts to gather integration requirements, evaluate technical approaches, define data mappings, and recommend appropriate integration patterns based on scalability, performance, security, and business requirements.
  • Implement data validation, error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization across integration workflows while troubleshooting production issues, supporting root cause analysis, and improving pipeline reliability.
  • Support end-to-end technical delivery through unit and integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, code reviews, documentation, data cataloging, and operational handover while establishing reusable integration patterns and maintainable development practices.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in data integration, enterprise application integration, or platform development, including hands-on delivery of production integration workflows using Informatica IDMC, specifically Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
  • Experience developing integration and automation workflows using Workato, including demonstrated configuration of recipes, application connectors, data transformations, or workflow error handling.
  • Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP API integrations, parameterized mappings, taskflows, and ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python or shell scripting, with examples of production data integration solutions.
  • Experience integrating secure file systems, relational databases, CRM platforms, and cloud data warehouses or lakehouses, including hands-on work with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift, Azure Synapse, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce platforms using Salesforce objects, metadata, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns, with demonstrated delivery of data flows between Salesforce CRM, marketing platforms, or downstream systems.
  • Experience implementing data quality checks, error handling, performance tuning, and secure data processing within AWS, Azure, GCP, or comparable environments, including demonstrated participation in testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Desired:

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Veeva CRM platforms, including integration or data synchronization use cases supporting enterprise customer engagement.
  • Experience with additional data integration and automation platforms such as MuleSoft or comparable technologies, including delivery of API-led integrations or enterprise application workflows.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or additional relational and analytical data platforms, including database design, SQL optimization, or data modeling for enterprise reporting and analytics.
  • Experience delivering integration or data platform solutions within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry, including application of data privacy, security, or governance requirements.
  • Informatica IDMC or Workato certification, supported by practical experience developing, deploying, or maintaining enterprise integration solutions.
