Job Description
  • This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Systems based in United States. This role is responsible for owning and evolving the systems that power the full prospective-student journey, from initial engagement through admissions, enrollment, and campus handoff. You will take ownership of a growing HubSpot environment and its surrounding integrations, bringing greater structure, reliability, and scalability to the revenue ecosystem. As the first dedicated Revenue Operations leader in the organization, you will have significant autonomy to identify issues, design solutions, implement improvements, and measure their impact. You will work closely with Marketing, Admissions, Enrollment, campus operations, and leadership to improve processes and eliminate friction. The role combines hands-on systems ownership with analytical problem-solving, process optimization, and strategic reporting. It is an opportunity to build the foundation for a scalable revenue operation within a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
  • Accountabilities: Own the HubSpot architecture, including objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, permissions, data quality, and overall system structure. Build, troubleshoot, optimize, and simplify workflows and integrations across HubSpot, Zapier, Make, PandaDoc, APIs, webhooks, forms, landing pages, and phone systems. Improve lead management processes by strengthening routing, speed-to-lead, follow-up, reactivation, and progression through the funnel. Develop reliable funnel reporting and dashboards that provide leadership with visibility into stage conversion, stage aging, lead-source quality, and admissions team performance. Establish quality assurance, monitoring, documentation, and change-control practices for critical revenue workflows and system processes. Identify and remove friction across the prospective-student journey and improve handoffs between Marketing, Admissions, Enrollment, and campus teams. Extend systems and processes to support new programs and pipelines while proactively identifying opportunities for operational improvements and greater scalability. Requirements: Bring 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, go-to-market systems, CRM, or business systems, including at least 3 years of directly owning and managing systems rather than primarily supporting them. Demonstrate deep hands-on HubSpot expertise across workflows, custom properties, objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages, lists, forms, sequences, reporting, and data management. Have experience building and troubleshooting integrations using tools such as Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks, with the ability to trace and resolve broken handoffs between connected systems. Demonstrate a track record of auditing and improving an existing CRM environment, simplifying complex processes, and creating clear documentation that supports long-term system reliability. Possess strong analytical judgment and the ability to translate business questions into meaningful metrics, dashboards, insights, and operational decisions. Experience with HubSpot implementations, either internally or through a HubSpot partner agency, is preferred. Experience working in a growth-stage environment with ownership of a broader revenue technology ecosystem is preferred, as is exposure to education, admissions, enrollment, or other high-consideration sales environments. Additional experience with SQL, business intelligence tools, lead scoring, attribution, or AI-enabled automation is a plus. Bring strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Admissions, Enrollment, operations, and leadership teams. Benefits: Base salary of $125,000–$145,000, depending on experience. 401(k) retirement plan. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off. Professional development support. Access to performance and recovery facilities. Full-time remote position within the United States; the source description notes that on-site work at the Gentry, Arkansas campus is preferred and that hybrid work is available. Direct collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, with meaningful ownership over systems and processes that support organizational growth. Veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses are strongly encouraged to apply.
