- Manage and optimize multiple marketing funnels simultaneously, ensuring consistent performance and profitability
- Execute and scale paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other digital channels
- Continuously test, iterate, and refine ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to identify and scale high-performing assets
- Optimize landing pages using A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion rates and reduce funnel drop-offs
- Build, manage, and enhance full-funnel marketing systems, including CRM, email, SMS, and notification workflows
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain high-performing creatives, including ad copy, images, and video content
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, accelerate testing cycles, and enhance campaign performance
- Identify underperforming campaigns quickly, reallocate budgets effectively, and scale winning strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and execution

- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns with proven performance results
- Strong expertise in full-funnel marketing, including acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies
- Deep understanding of performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and their impact on business profitability
- Demonstrated ability to run continuous A/B testing and make data-driven decisions at scale
- Proven track record of managing multiple funnels or campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to produce high-converting ad copy and guide visual content
- Proficiency with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and analytics tools
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities
