- Accountabilities: Plan, activate, and optimize traditional and localized media campaigns that support health screening programs and clinical research initiatives. Manage relationships with media vendors and external partners to ensure efficient campaign delivery and execution. Identify and test new growth opportunities and marketing channels to expand audience reach and improve campaign performance. Conduct ongoing A/B testing across creative assets and media channels to improve engagement, awareness, and conversion metrics. Collaborate with marketing, operations, clinical, and content development teams to align campaign strategies and incorporate participant feedback into optimization efforts. Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting systems to track campaign effectiveness and audience behavior over time. Develop media strategies that strengthen both top-of-funnel awareness and mid-funnel engagement while supporting measurable conversion goals. Manage local business listings through listing management tools and support public relations and communication initiatives as needed. Contribute to ad hoc marketing projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in traditional, local, or healthcare-focused marketing environments. Strong understanding of media planning, campaign optimization, and A/B testing methodologies. Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong project management abilities, including resource planning, deadline management, and multi-project coordination. Ability to proactively recommend strategies and present ideas confidently to senior stakeholders. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and comfort working with performance metrics and reporting tools. Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels is highly preferred. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $90,000 – $110,000 USD annually.
