Role Overview

We are seeking an operations manager to act as the CEO's right-hand and operational partner. This role focuses on turning the CEO's ideas and vision into structured execution plans, managing multiple projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business. You will also serve as the CEO's executive representative — attending meetings, making decisions, and driving outcomes on their behalf. :new:

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Project Management

  • Translate the CEO's vision into actionable project plans with clear timelines and deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects across different areas of the business
  • Build systems, SOPs, and automations to support company scalability
  • Coordinate with internal team members, contractors, and vendors
  • Manage CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Track KPIs and report on operational and business performance
  • Oversee e-commerce operations and coordinate with Amazon/marketplace teams :new:



Executive Support & CEO Representation :new:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and communications
  • Attend internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO, providing updates and making decisions as delegated :new:
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments
  • Book domestic and international travel, including full itineraries — occasional light travel required for in-person meetings or events :new:
  • Conduct research and present recommendations for key decisions
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as needed
  • Be available for weekend communication and tasks when needed



Marketing & Personal Brand

  • Manage the CEO's social media content calendar
  • Coordinate content creation and publishing
  • Support the growth of the CEO's personal brand (podcasts, speaking engagements, YouTube)
  • Assist with lead generation initiatives and funnel management



Additional Responsibilities

  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
  • Present solutions and recommendations rather than simply reporting issues
  • Ensure projects are completed and deadlines are met
  • Take full ownership of operational responsibilities and outcomes
