We at Coforge are hiring Senior OTM Consultant (#19889) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements, design transport solutions, and support the implementation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionalities including Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility, Event Management, Inventory Visibility, and Freight Bill Audit & Payments.
- Manage project work packages, change requests, and solution delivery activities while ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, budgets, and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with business, IT teams, suppliers, and customers to conduct workshops, GAP analysis sessions, solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and go-live support activities.
- Develop test scenarios, functional documentation, training materials, and solution proposals while providing technical and functional consulting to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), transport systems, or logistics technology consulting roles.
- Experience with 3–4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including at least one implementation in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Strong understanding of transportation management processes including Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility, and Freight Audit & Payments.
- Good functional and technical knowledge of OTM and related transportation management solutions.
- Experience gathering business requirements, conducting GAP analysis workshops, and supporting solution design activities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise software delivery processes.
- Experience supporting testing activities, UAT, training documentation, and go-live support.
- Familiarity with transport-related ancillary systems and B2B integrations such as HERE, Transporeon, Centiro, or similar technologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, consulting, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience implementing Oracle Cloud transportation solutions across multiple geographic regions.
- Experience coordinating work packages with internal teams, specialists, or third-party suppliers.
- Familiarity with customer-facing consulting, workshops, and enterprise logistics transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting automated testing or transport process optimization initiatives.
