This role is a high-impact opportunity to shape how global partner ecosystems are enabled, trained, and activated within a fast-growing cloud security environment. You will design and execute scalable enablement programs that empower partners to effectively sell, position, and deliver value across complex cybersecurity solutions. Acting as a key connector between sales, product marketing, and channel teams, you will ensure consistent messaging and high-quality learning experiences across diverse partner types, including VARs, GSIs, and MSPs. You will build structured onboarding journeys, drive adoption of enablement tools, and continuously improve content based on field feedback. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. This is an opportunity to directly influence partner productivity, revenue growth, and customer success at scale.
- Accountabilities: Design and execute scalable partner enablement programs aligned with go-to-market priorities and sales motions. Develop role-based learning journeys, onboarding experiences, and continuous training programs to accelerate partner productivity. Create high-impact enablement content including sales plays, playbooks, eLearning modules, presentations, and toolkits. Translate complex technical and business value propositions into clear, actionable partner-facing materials. Support product and solution launches by delivering go-to-market enablement resources and training assets. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Channel Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and execution. Drive adoption of enablement tools and platforms such as PRMs, LMSs, and CMSs across partner ecosystems. Deliver training content for webinars, live sessions, and major partner events such as SKOs, QBRs, and field programs. Gather field feedback and continuously iterate enablement programs to improve effectiveness and engagement. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or product marketing in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment. Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable business impact. Strong content creation skills, including development of playbooks, training materials, presentations, and digital learning content. Experience working with partner enablement platforms such as PRM systems, LMS platforms, and CMS tools. Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without formal authority. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable enablement resources. High bias for action with a proactive, self-starting mindset in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience in cloud security or enterprise technology ecosystems is a strong plus. Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from $151,000 to $208,000, with potential additional incentive compensation. Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Flexible paid time off plus 11 paid holidays annually. Parental, medical, pregnancy, and bereavement leave programs. 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions. Home office setup reimbursement and monthly connectivity stipend. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible expenses. Life, accident, and short- and long-term disability insurance coverage. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) supporting mental and personal wellbeing. Inclusive, high-performance culture focused on learning, ownership, and impact.
