In this strategic client-facing role, you will lead the delivery and success of high-profile sponsorship experiences across global events and exhibitions. Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key sponsor accounts, ensuring flawless execution from onboarding through onsite delivery. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across production, sales, and sponsorship functions while driving sponsor satisfaction and long-term engagement. - Accountabilities: Manage a portfolio of strategically important sponsor accounts across global events, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sponsorship lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders while providing guidance on sponsorship execution, event participation, and engagement strategies. Coordinate end-to-end sponsorship delivery, including booth activations, digital experiences, content sessions, graphics, registration, and onsite logistics. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure sponsor objectives are fully understood, prioritized, and delivered successfully. Monitor timelines, identify potential risks, and proactively implement solutions to maintain seamless event execution and high sponsor satisfaction. Lead sponsor communications by organizing meetings, documenting action items, and providing executive-level reporting and updates to stakeholders. Support retention and growth initiatives across key accounts while contributing to best practices, process improvements, and team mentorship. Participate in onsite event support and troubleshooting during live global events as needed. Requirements: Extensive experience managing high-profile sponsor, partner, or client relationships within events, sponsorships, exhibitions, or experiential marketing environments. Proven success delivering sponsorship and exhibitor programs at a senior level across multiple projects and stakeholder groups simultaneously. Strong understanding of sponsorship activations, event production processes, and customer experience management. Excellent communication, diplomacy, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage executive-level audiences. Advanced project management capabilities, ideally with experience using tools such as Monday.com and sponsorship platforms like RainFocus. Strong business and financial acumen combined with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Ability to work independently within a remote and distributed environment while managing priorities across different time zones. Based in the United States with the flexibility to travel domestically and internationally throughout the year.
