This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on performance marketer to own and scale global paid acquisition programs in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving demand generation across multiple digital channels while directly influencing pipeline and revenue outcomes. The role requires strong analytical depth, commercial thinking, and the ability to translate data into clear growth decisions. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, SEO, marketing operations, finance, and sales leadership to ensure alignment across the go-to-market engine. The environment is highly cross-functional, data-driven, and built for individuals who thrive in ambiguity while maintaining strong operational discipline. This is an opportunity to shape how paid media drives enterprise-scale impact across a globally recognized B2B platform.
- Accountabilities: Lead and execute global paid marketing strategy across multiple digital channels, balancing short-term pipeline performance with long-term brand and awareness objectives. Manage day-to-day campaign execution across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, LinkedIn, Reddit, review sites, and programmatic networks. Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing of creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to maximize CAC efficiency and pipeline generation. Build and maintain robust tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate performance measurement and executive visibility. Develop and manage paid media budgets with strong commercial discipline, ensuring efficient allocation based on ROI and pipeline contribution. Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, SEO, marketing operations, sales development, and finance to align messaging, strategy, and performance goals. Translate complex campaign data into actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership, including VP and C-level stakeholders. Identify and evaluate new growth channels and opportunities, using data-driven analysis to guide investment decisions. Leverage AI-powered tools and automation workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and campaign execution speed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing within B2B SaaS or similar environments. Proven experience managing multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns with direct ownership of performance outcomes. Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and B2B intent/review platforms. Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics including CAC payback, LTV, pipeline contribution, and cost-per-SQO. Strong technical fluency in conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM integrations, etc.). Ability to work confidently with data, build dashboards, and derive insights without reliance on dedicated analysts. Experience using AI tools and automation platforms to enhance marketing productivity and workflow efficiency. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly to both technical and executive audiences. Strong collaboration skills with a proactive, low-ego approach to cross-functional teamwork. Ability to operate in fast-moving environments, balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution. Benefits Competitive base salary range of $100,000–$130,000, with potential bonus and equity opportunities. Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans with strong employer contributions. 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and additional wellness-related days. Access to professional development programs and learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning. Strong focus on work-life balance, wellness support, and employee assistance programs. Sabbatical opportunities after extended tenure. Fully remote-friendly and flexible working model with collaborative team engagement. Inclusive, values-driven culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Regular team events, offsites, and cross-functional collaboration opportunities.
