Strong product acumen with the ability to quickly understand complex features and translate them into clear, actionable messaging. Experience with enablement and learning technologies such as LMS platforms, content management systems, and knowledge bases. Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, measuring ROI, and optimizing enablement strategies based on insights. Familiarity with technical or security-related environments is a plus. Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, learning, and program impact. Benefits: Competitive salary and equity package aligned with senior-level expertise. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with strong employer contributions. 16 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents. Health and wellness stipend to support personal well-being. Remote work support including workspace, internet, and phone reimbursement. Flexible paid time off policy plus dedicated sick leave. 401(k) plan with employer matching and immediate vesting.
