Job Description

What You'll Do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape how patients enter and engage with Imagine Pediatrics - from initial health plan eligibility through enrollment and early care experiences.

You will own the systems and workflows that power new market launches, ensuring newly eligible patients are accurately identified, routed, and supported through Outreach and into care. This includes building for the teams responsible for enrolling families (our Outreach organization) and ensuring a seamless handoff into clinical workflows within Care Hub.

This role sits at the intersection of growth, operations, and care delivery, and is ideal for a product leader who enjoys translating complex, real-world workflows into scalable systems that drive both business and patient impact.

Own top-of-funnel patient journeys

  • Design and optimize the end-to-end experience from eligibility → outreach → enrollment → first clinical interaction
  • Build systems that support new health plan and market launches, ensuring accurate patient identification and onboarding
  • Partner with Outreach (call center) teams to improve conversion, efficiency, and experience
  • Identify and reduce friction across the funnel to lower cost of acquisition (CAC) and improve early engagement

Map and operationalize complex workflows

  • Deeply understand and document workflows across health plan data ingestion, eligibility logic, outreach operations, and care team handoffs
  • Translate fragmented processes into clear, scalable product systems
  • Ensure internal tools (Care Hub and supporting systems) reflect real-world operational needs

Drive product discovery and execution

  • Lead the full product lifecycle using a build–measure–learn approach
  • Conduct discovery across operations, clinical teams, and leadership to understand constraints and opportunities
  • Define product strategy and deliver iterative improvements focused on measurable funnel performance

Partner cross-functionally

  • Work closely with operations, outreach leadership, clinical teams, engineering, and data
  • Align stakeholders across go-to-market, care delivery, and product
  • Navigate tradeoffs between growth, operational efficiency, and clinical quality

Deliver measurable business and patient outcomes

  • Improve enrollment conversion rates, time to first meaningful interaction, and early engagement durability
  • Reduce operational inefficiencies and cost to acquire and onboard patients
  • Ensure new patient cohorts successfully transition into ongoing care

Develop domain expertise

  • Become an expert in pediatric value-based care, Medicaid populations, and health plan partnerships
  • Stay informed on best practices in care management, patient engagement, and operational scaling

What You Bring & How You Qualify

First and foremost, you’re passionate about improving access to care for children with complex medical needs and building systems that make it easier for families to engage.

You thrive in messy, operationally complex problem spaces and enjoy turning fragmented workflows into clear, effective systems.

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in healthcare, growth, or operational platforms
  • Experience owning products that drive conversion, onboarding, or top-of-funnel engagement
  • Strong ability to map and simplify complex workflows across multiple teams and systems
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and operations
  • Comfort working closely with operational teams (e.g., call centers, outreach, or care coordination)
  • Experience defining and improving metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, time to value, or engagement
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Health plan integrations, eligibility systems, or payer-driven workflows
  • Care management platforms or clinical operations
  • Medicaid populations or value-based care models
  • Building tools for non-technical operational users

What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)

The role offers a base salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 in addition to annual bonus, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
