Job Description
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, AI to own product marketing for Circle’s AI Agents, AI Workflows, AI Copilot, and other emerging AI-powered capabilities across the platform.
This role sits at the intersection of product innovation, customer education, and adoption. AI at Circle is not a side feature, it’s a core part of how communities onboard members, deliver value, automate work, and scale sustainably. Your job will be to help customers understand what’s possible, how to use AI effectively, and why Circle’s approach to AI is meaningfully different.
You’ll partner closely with the Applied AI Product and Engineering org, Growth, and Customer Success to bring new AI capabilities to market, drive adoption, and shape how Circle’s AI story is told internally and externally. You’ll report to the Head of Product Marketing and play a critical role in defining how AI becomes practical, trustworthy, and valuable for our customers.
This is one of Circle’s most visible and strategically important product areas.
What you'll be doing
Own messaging and positioning for Circle’s AI capabilities.
Define and evolve how we talk about AI Agents, AI Workflows, AI Copilot, and automation across Circle. Translate powerful technical capabilities into clear, outcome-driven customer value.
Drive adoption-focused go-to-market for AI features.
Guide go-to-market strategy for AI launches with a heavy emphasis on activation, education, and real-world usage. Success in this role is measured by adoption and impact, not just launch noise.
Craft high-impact copy and narratives around AI.
Write and oversee AI-related product content across the website, in-product surfaces, lifecycle campaigns, sales decks, and launch assets. Maintain a high bar for clarity, accuracy, and brand voice.
Create customer education and enablement at scale.
Develop guides, examples, templates, workflows, and best practices that help customers confidently use AI agents and workflows in their communities.
Enable internal teams on AI positioning and usage.
Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to create enablement materials, FAQs, demos, and training that help teams explain, sell, and support Circle’s AI capabilities responsibly and clearly.
Partner deeply with Product and Engineering.
Stay close to roadmap, technical constraints, and product intent. Influence product decisions by bringing customer insights, adoption data, and messaging implications into the development process.
Champion responsible, trustworthy AI.
Help ensure Circle’s AI messaging is accurate, grounded, and aligned with customer trust. Avoid hype, overpromising, or vague claims in favor of clarity and real outcomes.
Contribute to Circle’s broader product narrative.
Ensure AI fits cohesively into Circle’s overall positioning as a growth system for serious community businesses.
