Description
- We are looking for a high-ownership Program Manager to join the Network Design & Engineering team, responsible for designing and optimizing India's Middle Mile transportation network and driving the launch of new delivery products (Prime Time, Same-Day, and other speed programs). This role sits at the intersection of network strategy, product design, and operational execution — requiring the ability to think big while diving deep into shipment flow mechanics, cost structures, and customer promise implications. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Middle Mile Network Design: Own end-to-end design of middle mile network including IPC placement, linehaul routing, hub-spoke architecture, and shipment flow optimization to improve speed, cost, and reliability Product Launches: Lead network design and configuration for new delivery products (Prime Time, overnight, and other speed/design products) — from scoping and feasibility through physical node testing and scaled rollout Stakeholder Management: Partner cross-functionally with UTR, OTR, Last Mile, Capacity Planning, Linehaul, and Tech teams to align on network changes, resolve blockers, and drive execution Modeling & Analysis: Build network models, run simulations, and conduct trade-off analyses (cost vs. speed vs. coverage) to inform strategic decisions on network expansion and product viability Configuration & Execution: Drive shipping option design, node configurations, and system changes required to operationalize new network paths and delivery promises Continuous Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost reduction, transit time improvement, and network simplification through data-driven analysis and experimentation
