- Accountabilities: Lead the design and implementation of advanced QA architectures, with a strong emphasis on GraphQL and API-driven systems Develop and execute AI-enabled testing strategies to improve automation efficiency, defect detection, and overall product quality Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle Drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) quality practices, including test automation, quality gates, and release readiness criteria Evaluate, implement, and optimize emerging AI tools and frameworks for quality engineering and test automation Identify systemic risks and establish predictive feedback loops to proactively address potential issues Mentor and guide team members on best practices in AI-driven testing, automation frameworks, and quality standards Requirements: 3+ years of experience in AI-driven API test automation and quality engineering Strong expertise in GraphQL testing, including schema validation and query/mutation validation Hands-on experience with modern testing frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright Solid understanding of test architecture design, CI/CD pipelines, and automation strategies Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with close collaboration between engineering and product Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues Excellent communication and mentoring abilities, with a passion for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement Benefits: Competitive salary package ranging from $140,000 to $150,000 Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance for added security 401(k) plan with company matching contributions Generous paid time off and company holidays Flexible remote work environment with strong work-life balance Summer flexible schedules and limited travel requirements
