Job Description
  • This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive, Digital Banking in Canada. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on driving new business within the U.S. credit union sector for digital banking and payments solutions. You will operate as a true hunter, responsible for building pipeline from scratch, engaging senior decision-makers, and closing complex, high-value deals. The role demands strong commercial acumen, deep industry relationships, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will actively shape revenue growth by expanding market presence across credit unions in a highly competitive fintech landscape. Working closely with technical and implementation teams, you will ensure smooth transitions from sale to delivery. This position is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, target-oriented environments.
  • Accountabilities: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with key decision-makers across U.S. credit unions within the assigned territory. Leverage existing professional networks to generate qualified leads, strategic introductions, and a sustainable sales pipeline. Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation, contracting, and deal closure. Deliver compelling product presentations and solution demonstrations to both executive and technical stakeholders. Achieve and exceed ambitious revenue and quota targets supported by an uncapped commission structure. Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive dynamics within digital banking and card processing. Collaborate with pre-sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting to support forecasting and sales visibility. Requirements: 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in digital banking, payments, core banking, or card processing solutions targeting U.S. credit unions. Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar annual sales quotas. Strong and active professional network within U.S. credit union executive and leadership circles. Demonstrated hunter mentality with a strong focus on new business acquisition rather than account management. Deep understanding of credit union buying cycles, RFP processes, governance structures, and compliance requirements. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders. Ability and willingness to travel across the U.S. as required. Strong self-motivation, autonomy, and ability to perform in a high-performance, target-driven environment. Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000 CAD. Uncapped commission structure offering high earning potential based on performance. 3 weeks of paid vacation in addition to statutory holidays and sick leave. Home office support including paid internet and mobile phone. Flexible remote working setup with travel opportunities across the U.S. market. Opportunity to work with cutting-edge digital banking solutions in a high-growth environment.
