About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale loyalty solutions.

This is a highly specialized role requiring hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce Loyalty Cloud implementations, integrating with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce products to create seamless customer engagement experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud solutions.
  • Design and configure loyalty programs, including membership management, tier structures, points accrual and redemption, rewards, vouchers, promotions, and partner management.
  • Design and implement personalized customer engagement journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Architect integrations between Loyalty Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, and third-party applications.
  • Define scalable solution architecture, integration patterns, security, and governance.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews.
  • Guide development teams, perform solution reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Support deployment planning, testing, production releases, and post-implementation optimization.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce product enhancements and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–15+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
  • Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end Salesforce Loyalty Cloud implementation.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, and Data Extensions).
  • Experience integrating Loyalty Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and security best practices.
  • Experience with SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Application or System Architect Certification.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification.
  • Salesforce Loyalty Management Certification/Accreditation (preferred).
  • Salesforce Data Cloud experience is a strong advantage.
