  • This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Scheduler, Corporate based in United States. This is a senior-level scheduling and project controls role supporting large-scale industrial construction programs across multiple concurrent projects. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and governing integrated master schedules that align engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction activities from planning through execution. The role plays a critical part in ensuring project predictability, cost control, and timely delivery across complex, fast-moving environments. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure schedule alignment and proactively identify risks and delays. This position also involves advanced schedule analytics, forecasting, and executive reporting to support strategic decision-making. It is a highly visible role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of construction execution and data-driven planning.
  • Accountabilities: Develop, manage, and maintain integrated master schedules covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, delivery, and construction sequencing across multiple projects. Lead scheduling activities throughout project planning and execution phases, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones and project objectives. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain accurate and updated schedules. Perform critical path analysis, logic validation, constraint assessment, and resource evaluation for complex construction programs. Conduct schedule reviews, progress updates, and forecasting sessions with project stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy. Lead Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, integrating cost and schedule performance for project forecasting and reporting. Prepare executive-level reporting including dashboards, progress updates, delay analysis, and recovery scenarios. Conduct schedule risk analysis, scenario planning, and what-if modeling to support mitigation and recovery strategies. Support claims, delay analysis, time impact assessments, and contract administration where required. Mentor junior schedulers and contribute to the development of scheduling standards, tools, and best practices. Conduct field visits to validate progress, productivity, and alignment between schedule data and real-world execution. Oversee scheduling governance across multiple projects to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls on large-scale or multi-project environments. Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for schedule development and analysis. Proven experience managing integrated master schedules across engineering, procurement, and construction phases. Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM), resource loading, and schedule optimization techniques. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), cost/schedule integration, and performance forecasting. Ability to perform delay analysis, schedule risk assessments, and scenario planning for complex projects. Strong communication skills with the ability to present schedule insights to executives and clients. Experience working in construction or industrial project environments with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to travel up to 50% as part of project and field support responsibilities.
