Senior SEO Specialist (Heypolo)

Job Description

• If you want to: Own the full SEO strategy, from technical to content and off-page, focusing on high-intent acquisition; Build and execute an SEO roadmap to identify and prioritize keyword opportunities that drive traffic and revenue; Develop and scale content strategies for landing pages, comparison pages, and editorial content; Drive backlink strategy and authority building; Optimize site structure, internal linking, and on-page SEO; Collaborate with product and engineering teams for technical SEO improvements; Monitor performance (rankings, traffic, conversions) and translate insights into action; Rapidly test and iterate SEO approaches for continuous improvement; Support affiliate and partnership teams with SEO-driven content opportunities.
• And you can check off: Proven experience in SEO with a strong focus on growth and acquisition; Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy; Experience targeting competitive keywords and building authority for new or growing domains; Ability to prioritize opportunities based on impact; Data-driven mindset and confidence working with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar; Experience collaborating cross-functionally with content, product, and engineering teams; Strong execution skills - able to ship, measure, and improve.
• Bonus points if you: Have experience in SaaS and/or subscription-based products; Have worked in highly competitive verticals (e.g. VPN, cybersecurity, fintech); Understand how SEO can support affiliate and partnership strategies; Are familiar with AI/LLM-driven search trends and how to adapt SEO for them.
