Job Description
We are looking for a strong Senior SMM Manager who will build and structure the SMM department while managing multiple active projects.
This is not just a creative role - we are seeking a system-driven leader with proven cases and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SMM direction across 7+ businesses and multiple platforms
- Manage and develop a team of 5 SMM specialists
- Build and implement clear department structure (processes, roles, responsibilities)
- Introduce KPIs, performance tracking systems, and reporting frameworks
- Establish a transparent and efficient content approval process
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Production, etc.)
- Improve overall strategy quality and execution across all platforms
- Ensure accountability, consistency, and high performance within the team
- Senior-level SMM experience with proven leadership background
- Agency experience (working with multiple brands/products)
- Experience managing teams of 3+ people
- Proven experience building processes and KPI systems
- Ability to operate independently without micromanagement
- Full commitment to the role
- Strong portfolio with measurable results
