You will design and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, including generative AI applications, agentic workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation systems. • Accountabilities: Design and build end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, model inference layers, and structured output delivery for production applications. Develop and optimize generative AI solutions such as RAG systems and agent-based workflows using modern frameworks and orchestration tools. Deploy and maintain AI models in cloud environments with a strong focus on scalability, availability, and performance optimization. Implement evaluation frameworks, monitoring systems, and feedback loops to track model quality, drift, and reliability in production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into product systems and define technical AI requirements. Fine-tune and optimize open-source and proprietary models to meet domain-specific needs, balancing accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong exposure to AI/ML systems in production environments. Strong programming skills in Python, with additional experience in Java, Scala, JavaScript, or C++ considered a plus. Solid understanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and similarity search techniques. Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI) and agentic frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, including containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with RAG pipelines, prompt engineering techniques, CI/CD practices, and modern software development workflows. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in distributed teams, and experience building scalable production systems.
