Job Description

• Hitcontract is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer for our client, a global technology and business consulting company delivering digital solutions and large-scale software projects for international organisations. We are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer who enjoys working across both front-end and back-end development and has solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React. What You Will Do Develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Design and develop back-end solutions using Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services. Work with SQL databases and related technologies. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and design to development, testing, and deployment. Write and maintain unit and integration tests. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Contribute to improving development processes, code quality, and engineering practices. Stay up to date with modern technologies and industry trends. Requirements 5+ years of professional software development experience with: JavaScript / TypeScript Node.js React HTML / CSS SQL Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development. Experience working with modern web applications and REST APIs. Good understanding of software development principles and practices. Experience working in an Agile environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Good command of English. Nice to Have Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Message Brokers. Experience with ORM technologies. Experience with GraphQL. Knowledge of Vanilla JavaScript. Understanding of V8. Experience or interest in WebAssembly. Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
