• Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced contracts negotiator to lead negotiations of complex cloud services agreements with our most sophisticated customers. In this hybrid legal and business role, you will develop internal strategy, craft proposals to address unique customer requirements, draft bespoke contractual provisions, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to drive open issues to resolution, and serve as the face of AWS Legal in customer negotiations. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a strong command of complex contractual terms and underlying technology and business considerations. You will exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, drive consensus across stakeholders, and maintain composure under pressure, as these negotiations move on tight timelines in support of high-priority business opportunities. Basic Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience with complex commercial/legal concepts and drafting, ability to quickly read and interpret legal terminology and reasoning - 8+ years of multi-million dollar contract negotiation experience - 8+ years of drafting and negotiating the legal terms in a broad range of standard commercial contracts experience
