About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own the full-cycle hiring process and drive high-quality, timely hires aligned with business goals.
You’ll work directly with founders and department heads on senior and critical hires across Engineering, Product, and Business roles.
You’ll partner closely with a Talent Sourcer, while remaining hands-on yourself - independently sourcing candidates when needed, building and maintaining strong pipelines, and ensuring hiring momentum, even in complex or senior-level searches.
This role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, structured interviewing skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer stage
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategy and success profiles
- Conduct structured screening and behavioral interviews
- Assess candidates for skills, culture alignment, and long-term potential
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Sourcer to build strong candidate pipelines
- Independently source candidates when needed, especially for complex or senior roles
- Write and optimize outreach messages when directly engaging candidates
- Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate structured hiring decisions
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
- Track and optimize recruitment funnel metrics (time-to-hire, conversion, quality of hire)
- Improve and standardize hiring processes and evaluation frameworks
- 4+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven experience hiring senior and executive-level candidates
- Strong experience working in partnership with Sourcers
- Proven hands-on sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn, niche platforms)
- Experience hiring internationally (EU / US markets)
- Strong structured interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Ability to influence Hiring Managers and challenge decisions constructively
- Experience working with ATS / CRM systems
- Data-driven mindset with strong ownership of hiring metrics
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
