Job Description
PagerDuty, Inc. (NYSE: PD) is the global leader in AI-first digital operations. By automatically detecting, diagnosing, and remediating issues, the PagerDuty Platform orchestrates AI agents and automated workflows with context from over 750 integrations. Trusted by approximately two-thirds of the Fortune 100 and nearly half of the Fortune 500, PagerDuty is the industry standard for organizations scaling resilient, autonomous operations. Notable customers include Chipotle, Cloudflare, Docusign, Fox, Nvidia, Salesforce, Spotify, Zoom and more. We are growing rapidly and hiring top talent with leading AI skills across engineering, sales, product, marketing, and beyond as we build the leading digital operations platform.
PagerDuty is hiring an experienced Senior Talent Partner in Lisbon to help drive and scale our hiring across Europe and global non-North American regions. Over the past several years, our Lisbon office has grown into one of our key strategic hubs. To support our momentum, we need an in-market talent expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment, navigates high-volume context switching, and acts as a true generalist across all business functions—including Technical/Engineering, Go-To-Market (GTM), Product, and General & Administrative (G&A).
In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment across non-North American territories, with a primary operational focus on Lisbon and proven, hands-on recruiting experience across Europe. You will also collaborate cross-regionally with North American TA teammates on priority searches as needed.
PagerDuty is a flexible, hybrid workplace. This role requires an in-office presence at our Lisbon office 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality placements from sourcing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies that align with departmental and company-wide hiring needs.
- Source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline by proactively identifying high-potential candidates for current and future roles.
- Continuously track and evaluate recruitment metrics to improve process efficiency, candidate quality, and time-to-hire.
- Act as an ambassador for the company's brand, promoting a positive image to candidates and the external community. Engage in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS, enterprise software, or fast-paced technology environment.
- Hands-on experience recruiting across multiple disciplines (Engineering/Product, Sales/GTM, and G&A) across France, Germany, or the UK (London).
- Deep proficiency with modern ATS platforms (ideally Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Language: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep connection to the Lisbon/Portugal talent ecosystem and local business landscape; proficiency in Portuguese is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in leveraging AI-enabled recruiting workflows and tools (e.g., automated sourcing assistants, candidate messaging platforms, pipeline analytics) with strong human oversight for quality and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus across matrixed teams, resolve competing priorities, and guide hiring managers through complex candidate negotiations.
- Experience creating structured, data-informed presentations and pipeline reports (Google Sheets, Google Slides, or Dashboards) to inform cross-functional leadership.
- Solid understanding of recruitment compliance, data privacy (e.g., GDPR), and structured, audit-ready hiring processes within a publicly traded organization.
