You will contribute to both greenfield implementations and ongoing platform enhancements, ensuring strong technical delivery and adherence to best practices. • Accountabilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with business and IT requirements. Participate in end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, including greenfield implementations and platform enhancements. Collaborate with business process consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and workflows. Develop and customize applications, integrations, and automation using JavaScript and ServiceNow development tools. Support modules such as CSM, HRSD, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, or GRC based on project needs. Conduct testing, debugging, and issue resolution in collaboration with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases. Apply ServiceNow best practices, including NowCreate methodologies, to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. Contribute to the integration of AI capabilities, including virtual agents and predictive analytics, within ServiceNow environments. Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes to support long-term maintainability. Work effectively in Agile delivery teams across distributed, global environments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, ideally within a consulting or partner environment. Experience delivering multiple ServiceNow module implementations, including greenfield projects. Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications required. At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification, with ability to obtain additional certification within 6 months. Strong knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with Node.js, Angular, and DOM concepts. Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as CSM, HRSD, SPM, or GRC is highly desirable. Understanding of AI concepts including predictive analytics, generative AI, and virtual agents. Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in dynamic environments. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams and clients. Benefits: Competitive base salary range ($105,000 – $130,000 USD).
