Job Description

Why Aisle?

Aisle is redefining how enterprises secure their software with an AI agent for autonomous vulnerability remediation. Vulnerabilities are the #1 root cause of cyber incidents, yet most organizations take weeks or months to patch what attackers exploit in days. We’re changing that.

Our mission is to protect democratic societies from the most sophisticated cyberattacks. We do that by giving organizations - including those operating critical infrastructure - the power to harden their systems and resolve security issues at superhuman speed and scale. Backed by world-class founders and advisors, we’re creating a new category in cybersecurity at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise resilience.

We’re a small, talent-dense team spread across the US, Europe, and Israel. We value high ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. If you want to work with world-class minds in AI and security, thrive in fast-moving environments, and care about solving one of the toughest challenges in tech, Aisle is the place for you.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and improve vulnerability management across infrastructure, platforms, and services, including identification, prioritization, remediation tracking, and follow-through.

  • Work directly with engineering, infrastructure, and network teams to remediate vulnerabilities and reduce operational risk.

  • Monitor production systems and security signals to detect service degradation, control failures, exposure risks, and emerging issues.

  • Take incidents from detection through investigation, containment, root-cause analysis, remediation, and long-term prevention.

  • Drive engineering-based fixes for recurring operational and security problems rather than relying on short-term workarounds.

  • Identify architectural gaps, operational weaknesses, and reliability bottlenecks that could create future risk.

  • Influence technical design and operational standards to improve resilience, recoverability, and security posture.

  • Improve observability, alerting, and automation to support incident response, vulnerability remediation, and operational maturity.

  • Partner across distributed teams and locations to coordinate remediation efforts and implement sustainable improvements.

  • Support initiatives such as patching, hardening, segmentation, access control improvements, and exposure reduction.

  • Contribute to post-incident and post-remediation reviews, ensuring corrective actions are completed and lessons learned are applied.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Security Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, Network Operations, or a similar hands-on role.

  • Proven experience in vulnerability management, including assessing risk, prioritizing action, coordinating remediation, and driving issues to closure.

  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across systems, infrastructure, networking, and production environments.

  • Experience responding to operational or security incidents and translating findings into durable technical improvements.

  • Solid understanding of system hardening, patching, operational security controls, and infrastructure risk reduction.

  • Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting platforms.

  • Ability to work across technical teams and turn operational or security findings into practical engineering outcomes.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across regions and functions.
