Job Description

The Social Media Manager will spearhead our client's digital presence across all major platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok. This role is dedicated to elevating our clients' brand through high-quality content creation, proactive community management, and strategic promotion of our services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Content Production: Design and publish compelling multimedia content, including reels, short-form videos, and professional graphics.
  • Account Management: Oversee daily channel operations, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice.
  • Community Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for our audience by managing comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Production Coordination: Lead video shoots for student testimonials and instructor features, ensuring high-quality output for YouTube and other channels.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor growth metrics and provide actionable reports to optimize our social strategy.

  • Proven experience managing professional social media accounts.
  • Strong proficiency in visual storytelling and basic video/photo editing.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.

  • Peripherals and Workspace:
    • A functioning webcam.
    • A noise-canceling USB headset.
    • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
    • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
