What will you do?

You don’t write most of your code by hand anymore. You direct agents, and you invest every week in making them better at your codebase. You’re a product engineer first: you own features from problem to production, and AI is how you move faster without lowering the bar.

• Own product features end to end - from understanding the user problem through shipping, measuring and iterating
• Build with coding agents as your primary interface (Claude Code, Cursor) - for planning, implementation, review and debugging
• Improve the harness - repo context, skills, test environments and feedback loops that let agents boot, exercise and validate changes without a human in the loop
• Raise the floor for the team - turn what works for you into shared skills and workflows that others adopt
• Keep quality high as velocity grows - with tests, observability and review discipline that scale with AI-generated code

 

What will you need to have? 

• 3+ years building production systems; strong TypeScript, plus React and/or Node.js
• Deep daily use of coding agents - you can show us your setup and explain what you changed to make it work better
• Solid system design, and the judgment to spot when agent output is wrong
• Ownership and product sense - you care whether the feature moved the metric, not just whether it merged
• Clear writing - specs and context that work for agents and humans alike

Bonus points if you have:

• Built dev tooling, CI or test infrastructure
• Contributed to agent harnesses, MCP servers or eval tooling
• NestJS, GCP microservices, Temporal, video processing
