Responsibilities
- Modernize and migrate an existing application from .NET Framework 4 to .NET 10
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Develop scalable web applications using C#/.NET and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Work with SQL Server and other relational and NoSQL database technologies
- Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery processes
- Troubleshoot application performance, integration, and production issues
- Collaborate with developers, technical stakeholders, and project teams throughout the modernization effort
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional .NET development experience
- Strong experience with C#/.NET and .NET Core
- Hands-on experience migrating or modernizing applications, including migration from .NET Framework 4 to modern .NET
- Experience with .NET 10 or recent versions of .NET
- Strong REST/RESTful API development experience
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Strong SQL Server experience
- Experience developing modern web applications
- Strong JavaScript experience
- Experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks, including: Angular; React.js; Vue; Node.js
- Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Git version control
- Experience troubleshooting application performance and production issues
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and continuous delivery
