Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate technical work across multiple development teams
- Mentor engineers and provide technical direction, guidance, and support
- Help organize priorities, workstreams, dependencies, and project execution
- Investigate application and source-code vulnerabilities and help drive remediation through completion
- Understand software development practices, CI/CD pipelines, application troubleshooting, and security concerns
- Partner with technology and product teams to communicate priorities, issues, dependencies, and progress
- Provide hands-on technical support and development when needed
- Help troubleshoot application and deployment issues across on-premises and cloud environments
- Support security hardening and remediation efforts across customer-facing digital applications
- Serve as a technical liaison between engineering teams and project/product stakeholders

Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET
- Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, or project/workstream guidance
- Experience working across multiple teams and coordinating technical work
- Strong understanding of software development and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot applications and understand security vulnerabilities and remediation
- Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on engineering
- Experience with application security, cybersecurity, vulnerability remediation, or security hardening
- Stronger hands-on experience with Harness, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
- Experience with React
- Experience supporting on-premises/cloud hybrid environments
- Experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments
