As a Solution Consultant, you will guide clients through the implementation and optimization of advanced AI-powered solutions supporting litigation, investigations, and enterprise analytics initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations leverage predictive AI, GenAI, and structured analytics to improve outcomes, transparency, and operational efficiency. The position combines strategic consulting, technical expertise, and project leadership, making it ideal for professionals passionate about emerging technologies and complex problem-solving. Working closely with cross-functional teams, product developers, and client stakeholders, you will contribute to both client success and the evolution of next-generation analytics solutions in a fast-paced and intellectually engaging environment.
- Accountabilities: Lead client-facing scoping, implementation, and management of projects utilizing predictive AI, GenAI, and advanced analytics solutions. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by recommending AI and analytics approaches aligned with litigation, investigation, and business objectives. Partner with clients throughout the engagement lifecycle to refine requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure successful project delivery. Design and implement data tracking methodologies, statistical validation processes, and reporting metrics to support transparent and defensible review workflows. Collaborate with technical, support, and operational teams to deliver comprehensive analytics solutions and maximize client value. Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks while ensuring timely resolution and consistent client communication. Deliver post-project reporting and ROI analyses to support business reviews and ongoing strategic planning. Contribute to operational improvement initiatives by documenting client insights, refining methodologies, and enhancing AI & Analytics processes. Support training and onboarding initiatives by developing educational materials, simulations, and workflow guidance for team members. Collaborate with product development, marketing, sales, and client success teams to provide feedback, validate new technologies, and support client-facing solution presentations. Requirements: Advanced degree in a relevant discipline such as law, technology, analytics, statistics, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience within litigation support, eDiscovery, or legal technology environments. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with advanced analytics in eDiscovery, including TAR 1.0 and TAR 2.0 (CAL) workflows. Prior experience within corporate legal departments, law firms, or eDiscovery service providers is required. Strong knowledge of eDiscovery technologies and analytics platforms such as Relativity Analytics, Relativity aiR, Reveal (Brainspace), or similar tools. Deep understanding of legal discovery processes, litigation support workflows, and analytics methodologies. Proven ability to consult with clients and internal stakeholders while solving both operational and strategic challenges. Experience leading complex projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with executive-level stakeholders. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Comfortable working in remote environments with occasional availability outside standard business hours and limited travel requirements.
