Stay current with industry developments, audio technologies, plugins, and best practices to continuously improve sound quality and production efficiency. Work collaboratively with the post-production and creative teams as an individual contributor, reporting to the Head of Post-production. Requirements A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience as a Sound Designer, Audio Mixer, or in a comparable audio post-production role. Experience cleaning, editing, synchronizing, mixing, and mastering audio for professional content delivery. Familiarity with relevant loudness standards, technical delivery specifications, and audio quality control practices. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple audio sessions and project assets. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain creative ideas and technical concepts clearly. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks, and meet tight production deadlines without compromising quality. A proactive, resourceful approach to troubleshooting, with a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
