- Accountabilities: Drive year-over-year revenue growth by selling advanced sales and marketing solutions to existing enterprise customers across the Midwest region. Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities while expanding customer engagement and solution adoption. Conduct strategic business conversations to understand client objectives, organizational priorities, martech architecture, operational processes, and key performance indicators. Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and recommend tailored data-driven solutions that improve marketing and sales performance. Partner with Account Executives and internal specialists to design, position, and deliver differentiated solutions aligned with client needs and growth objectives. Support the integration of data solutions across customer martech stacks to improve commercial insights, targeting, campaign effectiveness, and sales enablement. Deliver product demonstrations, define service expectations, and contribute to solution implementation planning and customer success initiatives. Participate in account planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, and strategic solution discussions to strengthen client relationships and drive expansion opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, senior marketing leaders, and sales operations stakeholders. Develop ROI analyses, business cases, and strategic recommendations leveraging industry best practices, use cases, and application expertise. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen market presence and client engagement. Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting activities throughout the sales cycle. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 7 years of experience in consultative, solution-oriented sales environments or senior-level marketing leadership roles focused on strategic growth initiatives. Deep understanding of data-driven sales and marketing strategies, customer intelligence, and revenue optimization methodologies. Strong knowledge of marketing technology and advertising technology ecosystems, including martech platforms, database marketing, and omnichannel marketing strategies. Experience working with enterprise-level customers and navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and business units. Proven ability to drive large-scale business engagements and achieve measurable sales growth within highly competitive environments. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience developing ROI models and strategic business recommendations. Ability to manage sales opportunities effectively through all stages of the pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving within dynamic, matrixed, and fast-paced environments. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical, sales, and customer-facing teams.
