This is a senior strategic leadership role responsible for driving the performance, scale, and optimization of the partner marketing channel as a core revenue engine. The position focuses on building and executing high-impact co-marketing, referral, and joint demand generation programs that directly contribute to pipeline and bookings growth. You will lead a global team and operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and alliances to ensure full alignment across go-to-market initiatives. The role requires a strong balance of strategic vision, operational rigor, and data-driven decision-making. You will be accountable for shaping how partner marketing delivers measurable business outcomes across regions, segments, and partner types. This is a highly visible role within a fast-paced, performance-oriented SaaS environment where execution excellence and attribution clarity are critical.
- Accountabilities: Own and evolve the global partner marketing strategy across referral, co-marketing, and joint demand generation programs. Align partner marketing initiatives with pipeline and bookings goals across partner tiers, segments, and geographies. Lead planning and execution of partner-sourced campaigns in collaboration with Revenue Marketing, Alliances, and Sales teams. Standardize co-marketing processes, partner content deployment, and performance tracking to ensure consistency and scalability. Leverage data, analytics, and AI tools to optimize targeting, messaging, attribution, and campaign performance. Drive full-funnel accountability, from lead generation through bookings, ensuring measurable impact on revenue outcomes. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed partner marketing into broader go-to-market strategy and forecasting processes. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global Partner Marketing team. Requirements: 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with strong focus on partner, channel, or alliances marketing. Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through referral, co-marketing, and partner-led programs. Deep expertise in partner segmentation, tiering strategies, enablement frameworks, and attribution models. Experience leading distributed or global marketing teams in collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Revenue Marketing. Strong familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Power BI, and PRM platforms. Demonstrated ability to operate at an executive level with strong cross-functional alignment and communication skills. AI fluency with the ability to apply emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency and performance. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and measurable business impact.
