• Accountabilities: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis across anesthesia operations, including multi-entity and full P&L performance evaluations. Build, maintain, and optimize financial models to support strategic planning and operational decision-making. Lead financial modeling and analysis related to Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) initiatives, including EBITDA impact, cash flow timing, and sensitivity analysis. Identify key business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities to support operational and financial performance improvements. Support monthly operating and financial reviews through revenue, expense, and budget variance analysis. Assist with the preparation and development of annual budgets and forecasting activities. Develop presentation materials and financial analyses to support the launch of new anesthesia entities and operational initiatives. Recommend financial targets and monitor progress toward achieving operational and business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with operational leaders and corporate teams to deliver strategic financial insights and recommendations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred. 3–4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or healthcare finance environments. Strong experience with multi-entity financial analysis and full profit-and-loss management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong financial modeling capabilities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with experience partnering across operational and corporate teams. Ability to interpret financial data and translate findings into actionable business insights. Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and operational review processes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Healthcare industry or anesthesia-related financial experience is considered a strong advantage.
