We connect creators and Amazon's diverse businesses, helping bring big ideas to life across Wondery, Amazon Music, Twitch, Audible, Amazon Games, and beyond. Amazon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst on the Amazon Music Finance team, supporting Creator Services. This position will play a key role in driving Creator Services strategy across marketing, production, and operations. Join us in making Amazon the home for creators. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities * Own, refine, and develop key areas of Creator Services's content valuation model * Work with the business team to build business models, pricing strategies, and value propositions and drive near-term and long-term forecasting * Collaborate with and present to the senior leadership team on a regular basis * Manage and execute entire projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations * Anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; initiate corrective actions; minimize the impact of negative variances
Basic Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field - 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
