  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to focus on high-growth strategic partners for the AWS business in the LATAM region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the development of marketing plans for key strategic partners across the LATAM region, leveraging best practices from the global team. You will work closely with your counterparts in the global structure, as well as with your peers in the regions, to ensure alignment in the execution and planning of initiatives across the countries in the LATAM region. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of AWS's strategic partner ecosystem in the fast-paced and dynamic LATAM region. Key job responsibilities - Collaborate with partner leadership to develop joint marketing plans that align with partner business objectives and AWS strategic goals in the LATAM region - Localize and adapt global partner marketing programs and campaigns for the LATAM market, ensuring relevance and effectiveness with local audiences - Manage partner marketing budgets and allocated funds, monitoring spend and optimizing resource allocation to maximize return on investment - Establish and facilitate regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess performance, share updates, and align on strategic marketing initiatives - Execute demand generation campaigns and events that build awareness, drive engagement, and support partner growth across the LATAM region - Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the partner sales team in LATAM, providing guidance, participating in planning sessions, and ensuring consistent communication and support - Coordinate with field marketing to ensure partner marketing programs complement and amplify AWS's broader marketing priorities in the region A day in the life Want to know what makes being a Partner Marketing Manager at AWS so exciting? Basic Qualifications
  • - 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
