Sr. Product Designer - Remote

In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to shape the product experience for users of our partner's cutting-edge AI-driven platform. By understanding customer workflows and translating complex problems into intuitive designs, you will significantly influence the direction of product development. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user needs are met while maintaining high standards of quality and usability. • Accountabilities Drive strategic design initiatives to create high-quality user experiences. Transform complex data insights into intuitive product designs. Define and document end-to-end user workflows. Mentor other designers and enhance design craft across the team. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the design process. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and apply them to enhance product experiences.
• Requirements 10+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio. Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. Expertise in designing end-to-end workflows. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools. Experience collaborating with engineering teams and knowledge of web technologies. Ability to leverage AI in design processes. Strong project leadership with excellent communication skills.
