  • This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr Project Manager, Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM/AEP, Commerce) in the United States. This role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex digital experience and commerce programs built on Adobe Experience Cloud. You will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining strong alignment between client expectations and technical outcomes. Acting as the central point of coordination, you will manage cross-functional teams, third-party partners, and client stakeholders in fast-paced, enterprise environments. The position requires a strong balance of delivery discipline and client leadership, with accountability for financial performance, project health, and risk management. You will ensure that digital experience solutions are executed with quality and precision, while continuously optimizing delivery processes. This is a high-impact consulting role where communication, structure, and execution excellence directly shape client success.
  • Accountabilities Lead end-to-end project delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are consistently met. Manage day-to-day client and stakeholder communications, facilitating status meetings, reporting, and expectation alignment across all project phases. Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, dependencies, and delivery timelines. Oversee project financials including forecasting, margin management, utilization, billing, and overall profitability tracking. Manage risks, issues, blockers, and change requests, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation strategies are implemented effectively. Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and internal resources to ensure seamless execution of deliverables. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards prior to client review and incorporate feedback into continuous improvement cycles. Translate business and technical requirements into clear execution plans aligned with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Track project KPIs, client satisfaction, and delivery performance while identifying opportunities for optimization. Capture lessons learned and contribute to post-project reviews to improve delivery frameworks and best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in project management within technology, digital consulting, or professional services environments. Strong experience managing large-scale digital or web development projects, ideally involving Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AEP, Commerce). Proven ability to manage project financials including budgets, margins, forecasting, and utilization metrics. Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies, including risk, dependency, and milestone tracking. Experience working in client-facing consulting environments with multiple stakeholders and third-party partners. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa. Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and project tracking platforms (e.g., Mavenlink) is a plus. PMP certification or experience in structured delivery frameworks is considered an advantage.
