You will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and customer stakeholders, driving communication, issue resolution, and alignment across all project phases. - Accountabilities: Manage multiple enterprise implementation projects simultaneously, primarily focused on healthcare and public sector initiatives. Oversee the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, planning, testing, implementation, go-live coordination, and post-deployment review. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation strategies, budgets, and executive-level status reporting. Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process, ensuring effective communication and successful delivery outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between implementation, delivery, product, support, and customer teams to ensure smooth project execution. Lead issue management, escalation handling, risk mitigation, and change control processes across multiple projects. Facilitate fit-gap analysis sessions to identify solution gaps and partner with stakeholders to define remediation strategies. Ensure project deliverables align with agreed customer requirements, scope, and timelines while maintaining governance and documentation standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders to support long-term success and customer satisfaction. Support program coordination efforts, process improvements, and internal operational initiatives as needed. Lead teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget expectations. Participate in occasional domestic travel requirements up to 25% as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare software or enterprise SaaS environments. Proven experience managing medium to large enterprise software implementations as a Project Manager or Program Manager. Experience supporting public sector healthcare implementations, including State Medicaid or Federal healthcare programs, is highly preferred. Prior experience with Edifecs products and healthcare data integration solutions is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and operational practices. Experience managing projects with strong governance, compliance, and documentation requirements across multi-vendor environments. Familiarity with enterprise cloud platforms, SaaS implementation methodologies, and large-scale application deployments. Strong proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with strong executive presence. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in fast-paced, evolving environments. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex project challenges effectively. PMI, Six Sigma, or related project management certifications are considered a plus. Ability to work remotely with a dedicated, secure workspace and reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
