  • Accountabilities: The Senior Staff Quantitative User Researcher will: Lead end-to-end quantitative research initiatives, from scoping business needs and designing surveys to analyzing data and delivering actionable insights. Embed quantitative insights throughout the product lifecycle, including opportunity discovery, prioritization, concept testing, and post-launch evaluation. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, data science, and marketing to align research with business goals and strategy. Synthesize complex data sources—including surveys, behavioral analytics, and market research—into clear, evidence-based recommendations. Advocate for user-centered decision-making and influence stakeholders at all levels to prioritize user needs. Mentor and guide peers, advancing quantitative research practices and amplifying the impact of user insights across teams. Requirements: Candidates should bring: 8+ years of experience in user research, product research, or applied research, with a strong emphasis on quantitative methods. Expertise in survey research across product lifecycle stages, from discovery to post-release measurement. Deep knowledge of empirical survey methods, including sampling, weighting, statistical analysis, and various survey applications. Advanced proficiency in R for statistical analysis and experience integrating behavioral data using SQL. Ability to craft compelling, data-driven narratives with clear visualizations. Experience in fast-paced, agile environments, balancing research depth and speed to deliver impactful insights. Strong collaborative and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and supporting mixed-method research designs.
