- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Strategist, Engagement Incentives based in United States. This remote role sits within an independent agent sales organization and focuses on strengthening engagement, trust, and product adoption across a broad partner network. You will shape strategic programs, campaigns, content, and experiences designed to influence agent behavior and deepen participation. The role combines strategy, program design, communications, experimentation, and performance measurement. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and platform leaders to translate business priorities into engaging initiatives. Your work will include incentives, recognition programs, virtual experiences, and ongoing engagement content. The position offers significant visibility, with opportunities to influence how partners interact with products and sales programs at scale.
- Accountabilities Collaborate with product, sales, and platform leadership to establish objectives, success measures, engagement strategies, and programs aligned with business priorities. Plan, build, launch, measure, and continuously refine micro-incentive campaigns designed to increase agent attention, engagement, production, trust, and product preference across multiple sales deployments. Develop and advise on ready-to-use agent challenges that sales leaders can leverage to encourage desired behaviors and strengthen engagement. Plan and execute surprise-and-delight initiatives and supporting campaigns that create memorable partner experiences. Design and manage recognition programs that highlight high-performing individuals while helping establish clear goals and expectations for newer agents. Create and oversee daily engagement content, perks, tools, incentives, and virtual experiences that encourage sustained participation. Test and optimize approaches for increasing registration, attendance, and engagement in virtual events. Serve as a subject matter expert and presenter for live and on-demand events, communicating strategies and programs clearly to diverse audiences. Monitor program performance and participant feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and translate insights into actionable enhancements. Requirements 7+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, sales strategy, or a closely related field. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline. Demonstrated success developing and translating sales or engagement strategies into measurable business results. Strong executive communication skills, including writing, presenting, influencing, and persuading across varied stakeholder groups. Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across corporate, regional, and local environments. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt effectively to changing priorities. Experience using programs, campaigns, incentives, or engagement initiatives to influence behavior and strengthen partner relationships is preferred. Preferred: 5+ years of experience designing and implementing programs focused on loyalty, trust, engagement, or partner activation. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Benefits Annual salary range of $121,975–$189,625, with the final offer influenced by factors such as experience, education, training, location, role scope, and business considerations. Eligibility for applicable employee benefits and flexible work arrangements. Fully remote position within the United States. Opportunity to use available office space at a regional location, although office attendance is not required. Travel of approximately 5%, primarily for events and sales conferences.
