Job Description
- This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff/Senior Product Manager in United States. This role offers the opportunity to shape a core product domain within an AI-powered healthcare operations platform that is transforming how hospitals manage supply chain efficiency and patient care outcomes. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and customer teams to translate complex healthcare challenges into clear, scalable product solutions. The environment is fast-moving, highly collaborative, and still early enough that foundational product practices are being defined. You will play a key role in bringing structure to ambiguity, driving product discovery, and ensuring strong execution from concept to delivery. This position is ideal for a product leader who thrives in deeply technical, high-impact environments and wants to directly influence both product direction and organizational maturity. Your work will contribute to improving operational efficiency across some of the most respected healthcare systems.
- Accountabilities: Own a full product domain end-to-end, including discovery, requirements definition, delivery, and iterative improvement. Partner closely with engineering leads throughout the product lifecycle, engaging early in customer discussions and solution design. Conduct deep user and stakeholder research to uncover root problems and translate ambiguity into clear product direction. Drive prioritization, tradeoffs, and execution in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment to ensure continuous delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to align on outcomes and execution. Contribute to the development of foundational product processes, practices, and operating norms within a growing product organization. Support customer-facing initiatives by ensuring product decisions align with real-world healthcare workflows and enterprise needs. Requirements: 5+ years of product management experience in complex, technical, or enterprise environments. Strong ability to define product strategy, lead discovery, and structure ambiguous problem spaces into actionable roadmaps. Proven track record of delivering impactful products in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments. Excellent collaboration skills, particularly with engineering teams, treating technical partners as strategic thought collaborators. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer and business value. Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Background in healthcare technology or enterprise healthcare systems is highly preferred. Familiarity with integration-heavy environments and complex system workflows is a strong plus. Nice to have: experience with Epic integrations, AI/ML-powered products, or agentic workflows. Benefits: Competitive compensation package with incentive stock options. Fully remote work environment across distributed global teams. Unlimited paid time off to support work-life balance. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage. Opportunity to help shape an early-stage product organization and influence core product direction. High-impact work supporting leading healthcare systems and improving patient care operations. Collaborative, engineering-driven culture focused on innovation and execution.
