This role sits at the center of executive decision-making and strategic communication, supporting the Office of the CEO by transforming complex strategy into clear, compelling narratives and operational execution. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership to shape how the company’s vision is communicated across the organization and to external stakeholders. Acting as both a storyteller and an operator, you will translate high-level strategy into executive-ready materials, board presentations, and leadership communications. The role also plays a key part in ensuring leadership meetings run smoothly, with strong preparation, structured information flow, and disciplined follow-through. You will collaborate across functions to gather insights, align priorities, and drive execution on key initiatives. This is a high-visibility position where clarity, structure, and precision directly influence executive effectiveness and organizational alignment.
  • Accountabilities: Support the Office of the CEO in translating company strategy into clear, structured, and visually compelling executive materials. Design and develop high-impact presentations, dashboards, and board-ready materials that simplify complex data and narratives. Draft executive communications, including talking points and scripts for town halls, all-hands, and leadership events. Partner with the Chief of Staff to prepare and execute executive forums, ensuring agendas, materials, and run-of-show are fully aligned. Track action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely follow-up and execution across stakeholders. Conduct research and analysis on industry, technology, HR, and learning trends to support strategic discussions. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs, align messaging, and drive completion of executive-level deliverables. Continuously improve storytelling, communication frameworks, and operational processes within the executive office. Requirements 4–6 years of experience in executive operations, strategy, management consulting, business operations, or Chief of Staff support roles. Strong expertise in information design and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives. Excellent communication and writing skills, with experience crafting executive-level materials and presentations. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments. Proven ability to work with senior leadership and handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with technology concepts and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is preferred. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-moving environments with a high degree of ambiguity.
